To celebrate the Birthday of the Ora Banda Historical Inn we are having a Black Tie Dinner on Saturday the 30th April. There will be a six course dinner provided as well as a selection of beer, wine and soft drinks. Come in period dress if desired.
On Wednesday the 4th of May will be the official Birthday Celebrations with a Back to Ora Banda day on the weekend of the 7th and 8th of May. Bring your memorabilia.
Ticket price “Black Tie Dinner” is $195 each including Gold Centenary Medallion.
Tables 0f 10 preferred, maximum 150 guests.
Motel, Caravan Park as well as Camping facilities available.

Easter Egg-StravaganzaGoldfields Oasis

Stuck for what to do this Easter? Well look no further than the Goldfields Oasis. On Saturday 16th April, between 11am and 2pm, families are in for a treat because the centre will be transformed with a special Easter twist.

There’ll be loads of fun stuff going on across the centre for kids of all ages, and of course, parents too!

Families can get involved in a bit of friendly competition by taking part in the Oasis Egg-stravaganza. Entry includes pool access and use of the inflatables and indoor slide.

There’s fun for the little ones in the creche where there’ll be face painting, balloon modeling and basket decorating; plus much more to keep the kids entertained all morning.

Gym bunnies can still come along to the gym as normal if you’re keen to burn off those extra Easter eggs (bunny ears optional)!

After all that, you can cool off with refreshments and a sausage sizzle lunch.

As an Easter treat, a family pass for two adults and two children will be available for a special rate of just $10 (normally $14).

Stage Left Acting Youth (SLAY) holds Saturday morning workshops during term one.
Children aged 9-12 (primary school age) can join JUNIOR SLAY starting at 9am and running for one hour until 10am.
If you are high school age (turning) 13 to 16 you can join SENIOR SLAY and come from 10.30am until 12 noon. An hour and a half of fun and learning.
ADULTS don’t miss out this year either – with classes from 1pm until 3.30pm
Prices start at $15 per week for Juniors, $20 per week for seniors and $25 for adults, with eight Saturdays this term when classes will be held.
